Local tax:

Our prices do not include our local tax. EUR 3.50 per day per person charged from all guests starting from 15 years of age.
Room prices are per person per day

Short stay:

For a booking of less than four nights, we charge an additional EUR 7.– per person per day.

Pets:

Pets are not permitted here.

Credit Cards:

You can settle your hotel bill with the following credit cards:
Visa, Amex, Euro/Mastercard and Maestro card.

Cancellation:

The right of withdrawal according to § 11 para 1 FAGG does not apply. The following cancellation policy applies.

Our cancellation policy:

Free of charge until 31 days before arrival

from 30 days before arrival: 20% charge (of the full price of booking)

from 14 days before arrival: 40% charge (of the full price of booking)
from 7 days before arrival: 90% charge (of the full price of booking)

early departures, 100% charge (of the full price of booking)

We recommend that you take out the offered travel cancellation insurance!

Unfortunately, it is not uncommon that guests e.g. due to illness or accident cannot travel to the hotel and cancel. In case of cancellation, you can prevent problems and costs if you take out travel insurance. Otherwise, the cancellation policy applies as described above.
